📦 Shipping Policy (Press Play Nails)

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Press Play Nails is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, it is no longer in our control.
If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Order Changes
We cannot make changes to an order once it has been shipped.

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.

For the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any nail sets, nail accessories, or prep kits — even if the products are unused or unopened. This ensures that every customer receives brand-new, uncontaminated items.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit, missing items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
